We offer free shipping on all orders delivering to the contiguous USA. Your order will deliver quickly to your door at your convenience. How shipping works
We ship ground freight direct from our warehouse facilities in Southern California and Houston, Texas. It usually takes us a day to finalize your board and ship it, then transit times vary dependent on your requested delivery location. See below for some transit times. Upon your order being finalized, our freight partners will be in contact with you to coordinate delivery.
During the holidays, it can take around a week to receive your boards.
After processing, here are some average transit times, in business days to specific cities:

San Diego: 1 day
San Francisco: 2 days
Portland: 3 days
Seattle: 3 days
Denver: 3 days
Houston: 1 day
Chicago: 2 days

How Returns Work
Make sure the item you are returning is in its original packaging, (e.g., paddle box). Once you have prepared your return for pick up, please reach out to our warranty & returns department at (800) 383-1430 or by emailing email@example.com. Once we have been notified of your return, we will contact you to coordinate a pickup time that works with your schedule. It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Desolation Outdoors Fulfillment Center. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit card is applied for it to post to your account.

How to take care of Your Desolation SUP Board
Desolation Standup Paddleboards require very little attention...
*After every use, wash it with fresh water.
*Do not store them in the sun for long periods of time. If storing your Desolation SUP in the sun is necessary, store the board in a proper board bag with a heat reflective exterior.
